Children and Junior Youth classes at the Chicago Baha'i Center

Our group of teachers for the children and junior youth classes at the Chicago Baha'i Center are ready to open the doors for sat morning classes on Oct 21st.

Our classes will start at 10:00 a.m every sat and end at 12:00 noon.

We will have three classes, 3-5, 5-7, 8 and up for now. we have a great set up of teachers and teacher helpers that are excited and ready to serve and learn with our children and junior youth.

The 3-5 year olds will be learning about oneness of God and oneness of religions.

The 5-7 and 8 and up classes will be learning about equality of women and men this Fall. Of course each according to their age :)

So, what do we need from all of you in the community:

1- All please pray for our success in serving the children and junior youth

2- You and your children and Junior youth are welcome to join us at any time in addition to any of the lovely classes that you are hopefully attending in your own area, sectors, clusters and neighborhoods.

3- If you have any family or friends, who are living in any subs that do not have classes and are near the Chicago center or are not yet Baha'is and have children ages 3-15, please invite them to our classes. we have a few of such families already registered to come!

4- We are in need of occasional teachers/teacher helpers and substitute teachers/teacher helpers. So if you can only help once or twice (or more) a month or even a year, please let us know.

5- We are in need of lovely people who can set up our snacks. so if you can help with this again at any point during the year, as many or few times as you can, please let us know.

6- If you can teach children songs, tell stories, or any special activities, also let us know
